COVID Policy

Caring for the safety and well-being of our attendees is CAMPUT’s most important priority. As global health concerns evolve, our team is working diligently and coordinating with officials to ensure a safe environment. Should the event have to be cancelled due to pandemic related issues, we will hold all registration and sponsor fees in trust and we will work to host the event, either in person or online, within a 12 month period. If a virtual event is held, you will receive a partial refund of your registration fee. If the event is cancelled entirely, then a refund will be issued, less an administration fee.

Covid Policy Acknowledgement

CAMPUT will adhere to Ontario Ministry of Health requirements. Failure to comply with the Ontario Ministry of Health requirements will result in entry being denied and no refunds will be provided. If these requirements change substantially, we will inform registrants and post the information on the conference website.
