Convention 2023 is Sold Out!

We have had an overwhelming response to Convention this year and our venue is at capacity!
Unfortunately, this means we will not be offering on-site registrations this year.
This applies to all education and networking events, including banquet, and to all guests to have not already purchased a Convention pass.

Full Convention Pass Includes:

• All keynotes, breakout sessions, forums and plenaries Apr. 20 - 21
• One ticket to the Opening Reception (Apr. 19)

• Breakfast, lunch and refreshments, both days

Pre-Convention Passes Include:

• Access to Full-Day or Half-Day Pre-Convention Sessions on Apr. 19

Daily Pass Includes:

Daily passes are available for Thursday, April 20 or Friday, April 21. If you wish to attend both days of Convention, you must purchase a Full Convention Pass. Daily passes include:

• All breakout sessions and plenaries
• Breakfast, lunch and refreshments
• Tradeshow access (Apr. 20 only)

Daily passes do not include tickets to the Wednesday evening Opening Reception, the Thursday evening Banquet or the hospitality suite. Some of these may be purchased as add-ons at registration checkout. 

Post-Secondary Student Day Pass

The Post-Secondary Student Pass includes everything in the standard Daily Pass. To get the student rate, email a copy of your current student ID to education@advantageontario.ca and you will recieve a discount code. Current student ID will be required at check-in.

Perhaps your company leaders might like to join you at the Opening Reception & Keynote to meet an important client? Whatever the reason, you can now purchase additional tickets to our most sought-after events!

Terms & Conditions

Registration Sharing

Delegate substitution is permitted, but sharing a registration is not permitted.  Sharing of badges is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations 

Cancellations must be received in writing before 11:59 p.m. on March 22, 2023. A $50 administration fee will apply regardless of the status of payment. Registrants who fail to attend the program or cancel after the deadline shall be liable for the full fee. There is no charge for delegate substitutions.

Privacy Statement 

Registration information is collected to process registrations and payments for education events, correspond with registered delegates, notify participants about other AdvantAge Ontario programs and services, and publish delegate lists for event participants. Consent to use of photographic images and video 

Registration and attendance at AdvantAge Ontario educational events constitute an agreement by the registrant to AdvantAge Ontario’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image in photographs.
