A discounted rate of $230 per night has been secured at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center located at:

A $27 resort fee will be added to each room night. The resort fee includes sunrise yoga, resort-wide internet access, 24-hour access to the fitness center, access to the indoor junior Olympic-sized pool, transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus, two bottles of Aquafina water in-room, complimentary cookie or piece of fruit at Potomac District Café & Market, welcome cocktail for two people at Harbor Social, up to 20 black and white photo copies at FedEx.

A one deposit will be charged to your card when you secure your room. If canceled more than 72 hours before the event, the deposit will be refunded to guest.

Please secure your room by January 24, 2023. After this date, we cannot guarantee you a room as the block will open up to vendors. 

 

Airport

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is located eight miles from the Gaylord with flights on Air Canada, Alaska, American Airlines, Delta, Frontier, jetBlue, Southwest, and United.
 

Transportation

Uber, Lyft, and ALTO offer transportation services to passengers arriving and departing Reagan National Airport. For rides departing Reagan National should use your smartphone to select the appropriate pick zone, and coordinate directly with their driver.  Green flags located outside on the outer terminal curb designate the appropriate pick-up loading zones.

• Terminal 1: Customers can meet their ride on the third (outer) curb. 
• Terminal 2: Customers can meet their ride on the Baggage Claim (Arrivals) Level-1st Floor on the outer curb. 

SuperShuttle Express is an additional transportation option to and from Reagan National Airport.
