Q: When should I register to attend the dealer meeting?
A: As early as you can. Please note that we will not be able to accept registrations after the registration deadline.

Q: Is there an alternative registration process?
A: No, all registrations must be done through this website.

Q: Who should I contact with questions regarding registration?
A: For assistance regarding registration, please contact TBB_CenterforEducation@daimler.com.

Q: What expenses will Thomas Built Buses cover?
A: Thomas Built Buses will cover the cost associated with scheduled food and beverage functions. Hotel room, incidentals, and travel are the responsibility of attendees.

Q: What is the attire for the event?
A: The suggested attire is business casual for the meeting portion of the vent. For President's Club, the attire is a suit and tie for men and an after five dress for women.

Q: How can I secure my hotel room?
A: Hotel accommodations can be made on this site under the Hotel/Travel page.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for the hotel?
A: Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If you do not cancel within 72 hours of arrival, you will be charged the first night's stay plus tax to the credit card holding the reservation.

Q: Is there a shuttle to the hotel?
A: There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Please see the Hotel/Travel page for transportation options.

Q: What meal functions can my spouse attend?
A: Spouse's of dealer attendees can attend the welcome reception and President's Club.

Q: Will there be a spouse event?
A: No, there will not be a spouse event. However, there are several things for spouses to do, on their own, in the DMV area.
