ICRR Code of Conduct: As a 2023 ICRR Meeting participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Meeting Code of Conduct. Attendee Code of Conduct. This will be acknowledged by you during registration. Any violation of the Code of Conduct will result in the revocation of your meeting access with no refund. Thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.

Registration Cancellation Policy:  Requests for cancellations must be made in writing by July 10, 2023; a $75 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Submit all cancellations to info@ameetingbydesign.com by that date. ICRR regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Associations and Meetings by Design strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Guard International Travel Insurance.

Consent Clause: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ICRR meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by ICRR. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.

Registration Agent of Record: Associations and Meetings by Design has been selected as the Registration Booking Agent for the ICRR conference. All invoices and correspondence will come from Associations and Meetings by Design; please add info@ameetingbydesign.com to your safe sender list in order to receive important conference information and updates.

It is becoming increasingly popular for "Room Pirates" to utilize an organization's website to obtain information about Exhibitors and Members. This information is used to contact individuals and ask you to book a hotel reservation for the meeting. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD AS IT MAY BE COMPROMISED BY THIS SCAM! If any other party tries to reach you from a number that is not verifiable as Associations and Meetings by Design, or ICRR 2023 headquarters office, please report them to info@ameetingbydesign.com immediately. HINT: ASK THEM FOR THEIR PHONE NUMBER and call it back. It is likely invalid.
