An Outreach Workshop, entitled, Radiation - Let's Talk, is planned on Saturday, August 26, 2023,
preceding the 17th International Congress for Radiation Research.
This workshop is open to all registrants of the event,
but RSVP is required in order to attend.
About the Workshop:
The Workshop will kick off with organizations showcasing their outreach activities followed by a moderated Panel Discussion.
The Panel Discussion will be between Christine John, MBA, Adam Levine & Billie Jo Natomagan, B. Ed, GENI.
The panelists will discuss their different perspectives (nuclear industry, Indigenous community, nuclear regulator) on outreach, including Indigenous experiences, best practices/approaches, gaps, and future directions.
