Old Montréal constitutes one of North America’s most remarkable architectural ensembles. A stroll through a maze of narrow lanes and old buildings provides a perfect opportunity to discover Old Montréal's history and charm.
The tour will feature City Hall, the old business section, Jacques Cartier Square, and the majestic Notre-Dame Basilica which is an outstanding example of neo-gothic architecture. It’s in this historic part of the city that Ville-Marie was built in 1642. This tour will end with the visit of the museum of Archeology also called Pointe-à-Callière. The museum is recognized as a national historical and archaeological site, leading visitors through centuries of history. It showcases major archaeological discoveries made on this site starting in the 1980s. Lunch in Old Montreal.

The first part of the tour will make you discover Montreal with its bi-cultural heritage and cosmopolitan blend of the old and new . Old Montreal's rich architectural and historical legacy, the financial district, Montreal's leading museums, the cultural and performing arts institutions. A visit into the beautiful Notre-Dame Basilica, the first Gothic Revival church in Canada is included in the tour.
