The Villanova University Alumni Association (VUAA) is excited to welcome you back to campus for the Volunteer Leaders Conference (VLC). The VLC offers our volunteer leaders from across groups—Affinity Networks, Regional Clubs, Boards and Councils—the opportunity to engage with one another through a day of networking, education and collaboration.
Through interactive sessions and group meetings, VLC attendees will learn how to become more effective and strategic in their roles, and how to inspire future volunteer leaders. Following the day-long conference on campus, attendees are invited to enjoy a pregame reception and Villanova Men’s Basketball game at the Wells Fargo Center.
The conference registration deadline is Friday, January 27. Early registration is appreciated.

We have blocked a limited number of rooms at the Courtyard Philadelphia Devon/Villanova, 762 W. Lancaster Ave, Wayne, PA. Book your group rate for the Villanova Alumni Room Block (deadline is January 10) or feel free to choose any area hotel of your preference.
Attendees must arrange their own transportation to/from campus. For those driving to campus, parking will be available on campus (location TBD). Conference sessions will take place in the Connelly Center and Dougherty Hall.
A shuttle to/from the Wells Fargo Center will make stops on campus and at the Courtyard Philadelphia Devon/Villanova. Please make sure to indicate your shuttle needs as part of registration so that we can get an accurate headcount.
Attendance at the pregame reception and game are optional but encouraged. At this time, we are only able to guarantee basketball reception and game tickets for conference attendees. Depending on numbers, we may be able to offer tickets to additional guests for a fee. Updates will be communicated to registered conference attendees.
While VLC registration is free, we recognize some volunteers may require financial support to cover transportation and lodging costs. If this is the case, we invite you to submit a reimbursement request for qualifying travel expenses, not to exceed $500 per person. Approved volunteer requests will be allocated from their respective group accounts and reimbursements will be made following attendance at the conference. An electronic reimbursement request form will be sent to attendees following the conference.
