Travel

Associates are responsible for booking their own travel to/from the event.  Visit the Attendance page for eligibility information on receiving travel subsidy. 

Getting to/from Lousiville - Sustainability Efforts: We encourage all attendees to join our efforts in support of environmental and social responsibility in the following ways: 

• If you are within driving distance of Lousiville, consider driving to APM. 
• If you are flying to APM,  take direct flights if available from your home destination. 
• Take public transit to/from your home airport.
• Utilize the APM airport shuttle service if you are arriving within the dates/times that it is running (see below). 

Airport Ground Transfers: Complimentary airport shuttle transfers are available to Associates on the dates below. When registering, you will have the opportunity to provide your travel itinerary. 

In support of ConferenceDirect's efforts to produce an environmental concious event all airport ground transfers will be grouped together.

Shuttles will run approximately every 30 minutes. Transfers outside of the shuttle schedule times will be the responsibility of each individual Associate.

  • Saturday, March 25: 12:00pm - 8:00pm ET
  • Sunday, March 26: 10:00am - 5:00pm ET
• Departure Shuttles
  • Thursday, March 30: 6:00am - 2:00pm ET
