Attendance 

Qualifying Associates will be receive an invitation to attend via email and will state your qualification level. For questions on your invitation/level please reach out to apm@conferencedirect.com.

  • Complimentary Airport shuttle available on Saturday 3/25, Sunday 3/26 and Thursday, 3/30
  Associate attendance (No Travel Subsidy)

Total production revenue over $21,250 based on 2022 production results 
  • Complimentary Hotel Accommodations (Saturday, March 25 - Thursday, March 30) and guest-room internet
  • All meals at official APM functions from Sunday evening through Wednesday evening
  • Travel costs to/from APM will be the responsibility of the individual Associate
  • Complimentary Airport shuttle available on Saturday 3/25, Sunday 3/26 and Thursday, 3/30

 New Associate attendance (No Travel)

 

 

New Associates will participate in training instead of the trade show. 

New Associates who joined ConferenceDirect:

 

  • Joined in 2020 or 2021 – have not attended APM previously and had minimum booking production of $21,250 from start date through 2022
  • Joined in 2022 and did not attend in 2022
  • Joined in 2023

 
  • Complimentary Hotel Accommodations (Saturday, March 25 - Thursday, March 30) and guest-room internet
  • All meals at official APM functions from Sunday evening through Wednesday evening
  • Travel costs to/from APM will be the responsibility of the individual Associate

Assistant/Support Staff (No Travel Subsidy)

Assistants can be invited to attend APM if they support an Associate that ranked in the Top 120 in

2022 production.

 

They must be recognized by hotel partners as part of the sourcing process and will be scheduled for appointments during the trade show.

No attendance Associates who do not fall within the above qualification categories will not be eligible to attend APM  N/A

Travel Subsidy Policies:

Qualifying associates are eligible to receive travel subsidy for airfare or car mileage from their origin location to Louisville, KY. Qualified associates will receive up to $350 via check 45 days after attending APM. (Up to $750 USD for International Associates – defined as outside of North America) If you choose to book travel with points, you may receive up to $350. If you are driving to Louisville, KY, roundtrip mileage will be calculated based on the prevailing 2023 IRS mileage rate in March 2023 (currently $0.625/mile), up to $350 per vehicle. 

Eligibility for travel is contingent upon Associate participation starting at 1:30pm on Sunday, March 26 through the entirety of APM, which ends at 9:00pm EST on Wednesday, March 29. Associates arriving after 1:30pm on March 26 and departing the hotel prior 9:00pm EST on March 29 WILL NOT receive travel subsidy. No exceptions will be made to this policy.  Additionally, Associates will not receive subsidy if they RSVP to an event, and then no-show (for example, Tuesday night parties). Non-Approved Assistants and Guests/Family Members are not allowed to participate in any events during APM (hosted or non-hosted). 

Checks: Qualifying associates will be mailed their check 45 days following APM.
