PROGRAM RULES

All prize level qualifications are based on retail sales from August 2022 to January 31, 2023. Consultants must be active and in good financial standing at time of the trip.
To receive credit for personally sponsoring a New Consultant, YOUR NAME must appear as the original Sponsor on the Consultant Agreement. If a trip achiever is unable to attend, the guest is ineligible to attend. Manipulation of Show dates, transferring of sales, and/or other breaches of rules explained in this program will result in disqualification of all involved. Trips cannot be sold or given away. All accommodations are based on double occupancy. Single travelers will room with another Consultant of choice, or one will be assigned. Achievers and their guests will be issued nontransferable DATED airfare from a major Canadian or U.S. gateway city through a Tocara-chosen travel partner. Expenses to and from the airport are the responsibility of the traveler(s). Tocara will not reimburse any personal charges incurred. Tocara will determine the major Canadian or U.S. gateway city.

Most airlines charge luggage fees. Traveler(s) are responsible for any baggage fees incurred. All guests (buy-in or earned) must be 18 years or older as of January 31, 2023 and cannot be another Consultant. Those who earn one trip may buy-in one adult guest. The buy-in cost will be published at a later date. Buy-ins will be based on availability and capacity requirements.

Program travel dates are April 19-26, 2023. Any changes of travel dates, destination or itinerary are at the sole discretion of Tocara. Flight schedules vary and travel may occur 1 day pre- or post- to dates published. To participate in this trip, when you register, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the waiver posted on the Tocara travel registration form. Should you choose to not travel, you will be awarded a $1,000 Jewelry Certificate for each land package anda $500 Jewelry Certificate for each Airfare earned.
