Affiliate Event Space Information

CSCMP EDGE 2023 is the perfect atmosphere to host clients for meetings, receptions, and dinners. The space we offer in the meeting, public and restaurant areas at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center are convenient, accessible and offer excellent food and service.

All space requests must be submitted to CSCMP utilizing the form link below. Please do not contact Gaylord Palms directly, as they cannot assist you until CSCMP has reviewed your submission and approved the request. To reserve space, your organization must meet one of the following requirements upon submitting the request:

  1. Be a paid exhibitor in the EDGE 2023 Supply Chain Exchange
  2. Have secured a sponsorship for EDGE 2023
  3. Be a Corporate Member
  4. Have three (3) or more attendees from your organization currently registered for EDGE 2023

The requesting organization will be charged a fee of $1,000.00 per event. Your space confirmation email will include a link to the credit card payment authorization form. The authorization form must be completed and payment received on or by July 1, 2023, or the space will be released and passed on to the next person on the wait list.

Following are the days and times when events may occur. Any forms submitted with alternate hours listed will be returned.

  • Sunday, October 1: Prior to 5:00 pm / After 8:00 pm
  • Monday, October 2: Prior to 7:45 am / After 7:00 pm
  • Tuesday, October 3: Prior to 7:45 am / After 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday, October 4: Prior to 8:00 am / After 12:00 pm

Requesting Event Space

Submit one form for each event by selecting the “Submit” button. When requesting meeting space, complete all areas of the form to receive the best available space. It is suggested to choose 3 options of preferred locations for the event since the first one may not be available. If you have an elaborate set-up please add this information to the comment section. If you have any difficulties completing the online form, please email CSCMP’s Meeting Services Department at Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your requested event. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive this prior to contacting

Space confirmations will be sent on/by July 15, 2023, via email. The email will give you the room name and hotel contact information. All costs associated with the event, such as food and beverage or audio-visual, are the sole responsibility of the organization requesting space.

Offsite Affiliate Events

If you are planning an off-site event, you must complete the form with the event information requested. Official hours of the event must be within the timeframe located above. This includes the staging time for transportation to any off-site events. As with the on-site events, off-site events are required to pay the $1,000.00 per event fee. Please tell us your plan using the Online Request Form.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of your event will result in a $100.00 administrative fee.
