From Wednesday, June 1 through Saturday, June 4 this line will be your one stop shop to reach TNT staff for any last minute questions; monitored during standard business hours. Please do not use this line on ride day if you need SAG support and instead utilize the number provided by the ride.

Have guests joining you on event weekend who want to volunteer? Please share THIS form with them to share their contact information and availability. Our staff will be in touch in the coming weeks with additional details and opportunities. 

FUNDRAISING RECOGNITION 
The fundraising totals for Individual Top Fundraiser and Top Team fundraising recognition will be pulled at 9:00 a.m. PST on Saturday, June 3, 2023.  Totals noted on the leaderboard at that time will be what is announced at our Team Rally & Dinner. Visit the Fundraising Leaderboard to see where you’re pacing!

If you missed our Teammate Sendoff Call on Thursday, May 18, you can watch the recording HERE. This call covered the event weekend schedule, final training preparation, and pushing your fundraising across the finish line.

Friday, June 2

TNT Central |  2pm-5pm
Harvey’s Emerald Bay Ballroom, 3rd Floor of Hotel  

  • PACKET PICKUP [REQUIRED]: All riders who secured their bib from TNT must pick up their ride day materials and sign the event waiver at TNT Central. You must attend packet pickup yourself; no one can pick up your packet for you. If you pre-paid for any ride merchandise, you will receive it at packet pickup.  

  • TNT LOUNGE: Meet up with fellow riders, take a photo in our photo booth, and enjoy other activities.  

VIP Celebration |  7pm  By Invitation Only  (more info here)
Harrah's South Shore Room
Top fundraisers will be celebrated and recognized at our onsite VIP Celebration, including drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Qualify by raising $10,000 individually or by being the captain of a $100,000 fundraising team. Deadline to qualify is May 24th.
                 *Individuals earning the Circle of Heroes Award ($25K+) will receive their medals at this event.

Saturday, June 3

Recognition Ceremony for Circle of Heroes Teams |  1pm 
All are welcome to join in celebrating the amazing fundraising success of teams who have raised over $250k for Team In Training and cheer them on during a medaling ceremony.

Team Rally & Dinner |  6:00pm Now one seating!
Harrah's Sand Harbor Ballroom
Join us as we come together to celebrate the LLS mission and all that you have accomplished this season. All fundraising teammates receive one complimentary ticket; guest tickets can be purchased in your commitment portal. 

  • Attire: Casual. Wear your purple! 

  • Fundraising Recognition: During this program we will be celebrating our Top 10 Individuals along with individuals who have earned the Hero Award ($50K+) and teams who have earned the Impact Award ($100K+). Reminder that fundraising totals announced at Rally are the numbers shown on the event’s leaderboard as of 9am PST on Saturday, June 3. 

  • Friends & Family welcome! You may add tickets for friends and/or family to attend with you when you complete the commitment and event weekend selections form. You will be required to pay for these tickets when adding the reservations.

Sunday, June 4 

Ride Start for TNT

  • 100 & 72 Mile Riders
    Start Location: Parking Lot between Hard Rock Hotel & Harvey's Hotel
    All TNT riders will be assigned a start time. View Assigned Start Times Here. For course safety, riders should not start before their scheduled start time. 
  • 35 Miler Riders
    Review information for ride day, including locations and timing, HERE. 

TNT Mission Cheer Zone | 9:00am until the last rider passes Kings Beach Rest Stop
Our TNT staff will be painting Kings Beach purple... Invite any friends and family to join them! They will need to have their own vehicle to get there. This rest stop opens around 9am until the last riders come through. We'll have cheer supplies available!  

TNT Finish Tent | after you cross the finish line! 
Hard Rock Hotel Back Parking Lot 
Check in after the ride so we know you finished safely. You will receive your TNT finisher’s pin when you check in. Grab a snack and meet up with teammates or guests. All guests are welcome to join us at the designated TNT cheer zone at the finish line.
