ROOM RATE
Single/Double Occupancy

  • Friday/Saturday $222/night
  • Sunday - $150/night USD

*Teammates with a fundraising level for "Half Room Rate", if you'd like to reserve a room by yourself, you may pay for the other half of your room when you complete your commitment and reservations (Half rate Friday/Saturday $111/night; Sunday - $75/night USD). 

GUEST FEES

The hotel charges an additional fee for three or more adults, over the age of 18, staying in your room (max 4 people per room).

  • Triple Occupancy - $20/night* for three adults
  • Quad Occupancy - $40/night* for four adults

 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE OPTIONS

Two night stays will have the option to:

  • Arrive Friday, June 2nd and depart Sunday, June 4th (ride day; late check-out cannot be guaranteed)
  • Arrive Saturday, June 3rd and depart Monday, June 5th

Three night stays will arrive Friday, June 2nd and depart Monday, June 5th 

EXTENDING YOUR STAY

The dates listed above are the dates of the contracted Team In Training room block. Subject to hotel availability the Team In Training room rate may be honored before and after the contracted dates. If you'd like to extend your stay, additional information is available in the confirmation email you'll receive after submitting the commitment and reservation form.

* If you select additional nights, you will be responsible for paying the hotel upon arrival for these nights

CHECK-IN
All rooms are reserved under each teammates name. To check into your room you will just need to provide your name and photo ID to the front desk. The hotel will also require your credit card to keep on file for incidental charges (room service, parking, etc.)
