EVENT DAY CYCLE JERSEY

During the commitment process you will be asked to order your ride day apparel, which will be shipped to the address you provide.

EXCHANGES

Please try on your event day apparel immediately to make sure it fits. If it has not been customized, you can exchange it by responding to the shipment notification email you receive or by emailing teamintraining@primalwear.com. Please allow at least two weeks for your exchange to be delivered. 

The deadline for exchanges through Primal is May 23, 2023. All exchange requests should go directly to Primal until the deadline. Team In Training will have  limited inventory onsite for any other exchange needs. 

CUSTOMIZATION FOR $100K FUNDRAISING TEAMS

If your fundraising team raised $100,000 or more, your team's event weekend apparel is eligible for customization. Team Captains must submit your team’s logo to Team In Training staff prior to Thursday, Mar. 10, 2022. Please note: Custom apparel may take slightly longer to deliver and cannot be exchanged.
