What if I need to make a change to my registration after I’ve submitted it?
If you would like to make a change to your registration, contact a Travel Program Specialist by phone at (732) 379-6333 or send your request via email to travelspecialist@nxlperformance.com. Be sure to mention “PremierClub” in the subject line.
Why are my full legal name and date of birth required for registration?
Your name, date of birth, and gender are required by airlines in order to book your flights.
Important: Names submitted during registration must exactly match the photo ID you will use while traveling. If they do not match, you may be denied boarding by your carrier.
What are the identification requirements?
If you are an American citizen originating in the U.S., you will need a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. If you are originating outside of the U.S., you will need a passport which is valid for at least six months after travel.
Am I guaranteed my first choice of airport and/or airline? If not, why do I have to fly from a particular airport or on a particular airline?
Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred airline, airport, and special requests, but these requests cannot always be guaranteed. While the Air Travel Consultants strive to book the most convenient and cost-effective flights, sometimes connections are unavoidable due to flight availability and cost. If you are extending your stay, any additional costs will be verified with you prior to booking.

When will I receive my flight itinerary and tickets?
After completing your registration, an Air Travel Consultant will contact you with a recommended itinerary for your approval within three business days of receiving your completed registration. Your approval of the itinerary is required within 48 hours of the itinerary being sent; if they do not receive notice from you, your itinerary will be considered confirmed and will be ticketed.
Your Air Travel Consultant will work hard to secure the most convenient arrangements on your behalf and will make every effort to accommodate your requests for specific airline and seating arrangements but cannot guarantee them. If you are extending your stay, any additional costs will be verified with you prior to booking. Please note that any costs quoted are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued. Timely replies will help avoid losing your preferred itineraries.
You are highly encouraged to download your carrier’s mobile app for easy access to your flight information and potential changes. Be sure to subscribe to push notifications for your flights so that you are always informed.
What if I need to change my flights?
Should you need to change your flights for any reason, please contact an Air Travel Consultant at (732) 379-6282, Monday – Friday, between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
NOTE: Changing flights once they’ve been booked may result in change fees and a potential cost differential, which is imposed by the airlines. You will be responsible for any such costs unless a previous arrangement has been made with PrimeSource.

What precautions have been taken regarding COVID-19?
Guest health and safety is a top priority on the PrimeSource PremierClub program. We will closely monitor the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, government mandates, and public health advisements and will continue to make changes as necessary to protocols and procedures.
What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
What if I have special physical or dietary needs?
You can advise us of any special dietary needs you may have in the “Additional Comments and Requests” box on the Personal Information page of your registration. For physical needs, there is also a “Limitations, Disabilities, or Health Concerns” box. Should your physical or dietary needs change, please email travelspecialist@nxlperformance.com.
What are the bed types in the guest rooms?
The Hyatt Regency has an assortment of king, queen, and double/double beds. We will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
The fitness center is open 24 hours daily with key card access.
What is the room rate to extend my stay at the Hyatt Regency?
The single room rate is $249, while the double room rate is $274 plus $3.00 occupancy fee and 16.75% tax per night to extend three days prior to or following the main program dates of 2/23 - 2/26. These preferred rates are subject to availability at the time of the request.
Are airport transfers provided if I choose to extend my stay in New Orleans?
Transportation is provided on the main arrival and departure dates of February 23 and February 26 only.
What is the recommended mode of airport transportation, should I choose to travel outside of the main program dates?
A non-exclusive hotel shuttle is recommended between the airport and hotel. For details on pricing and how to arrange service, please visit the airport website here. Additionally, Uber and Lyft are widely available.
