How much should I tell my children about my diagnosis, treatment or expected outcome?

How do I take care of myself and allow my caregivers to help, too?
Expert social workers from three renowned cancer centers will share their knowledge and experience on these topics and more for parents facing a cancer diagnosis.
Attendees will also hear from a panel of parents who have "been there" and will share their tips and advice on parenting through cancer.
