Arts Express Summer Conference will be held at Vista Heights Middle School. The address is 484 Pony Express Parkway, Saratoga Springs, UT 84045. Visit our Location Page for parking instructions. We encourage you to carpool with colleagues whenever possible!
Arts Express offers a variety of creative, experiential, hands-on workshops. Before building your schedule, study the conference sessions carefully, noting which sessions run concurrently and which are most relevant to your teaching needs. We encourage you to broaden your artistic abilities and pedagogical scope. Need courage? Grab a friend and choose a session that might feel uncomfortable to you. Every session will be valuable and enriching.
This year’s theme is “every child, every art, planting SEEds." It is a play on the motto of the BYU ARTS Partnership, "Every Child, Every Art.” “Planting SEEds” was added to attract sessions that provide teachers with strategies to teach the Utah SEEd standards through the arts. It is also meant to encourage principles of sustainable living and environmental stewardship in our work and play.
This conference is the best bargain around because of generous contributions from the BYU ARTS Partnership, Utah Division of Arts and Museums, the Utah Stem Action Center, 8 Utah Arts organizations (POPs), BTS Arts, and our partners. Your registration fee covers your four meals (breakfast and lunch each day) as well as the registration processing fee. Thank you to our sponsors and partners (listed below).
