Industry Accommodations

Group, Exhibitors/Non-Exhibitors, and Sponsors

To qualify for group reservations, a minimum of ten (10) rooms on peak days is required. For more details, please refer to the Housing Prospectus. 

For individual industry (non-exhibitor), you will receive the hotel reservation link in your registration confirmation email.

For non-profit organizations and group reservations of less than 10 rooms, please e-mail Johanna Ong at jong@hemophilia.org to request the hotel reservation link.

NHF offers specially negotiated discounted room rates for BDC 2023 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. All sessions, exhibit hall, poster presentations, industry symposia, networking, and social events will be held at the Gaylord National. 

BDC Hotel Rate - $249 per night

  • Exclusive of taxes (currently at 18%)
  • Deluxe Guest Room - 1 King or 2 Queens
  • Maximum Number of Guests Allowed per Room: 2 adults and 2 children (12 years and below) OR 3 adults (additional fee of $20++ per night for the 3rd adult)
  • Rate inclusive of $27 daily resort fee, includes the following amenities (subject to change):
    • Hotel-wide wireless internet access
    • Sunrise Yoga
    • Two bottled waters in-room
    • Access to fitness center and indoor pool
    • Transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus
    • Complimentary cookie or fruit at Potomac District Cafe and Market
    • Welcome drink for 2 people
    • Up to 20 B&W photocopies at FedEx

Deposit Policy

A valid credit card must be provided to guarantee reservations. A deposit of one-night room and tax will be charged upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel the reservation with no penalties, the hotel requires at least a 72-hour cancellation notice prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, you will forfeit the one-night room and tax deposit.

Unauthorized Housing Warning

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for NHF's Bleeding Disorders Conference. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. The only way to book your rooms for NHF’s Bleeding Disorders Conference is to use the channels provided on this website. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please contact us immediately.
