To qualify for group reservations, a minimum of ten (10) rooms on peak days is required. For more details, please refer to the Housing Prospectus.
For individual industry (non-exhibitor), you will receive the hotel reservation link in your registration confirmation email.
For non-profit organizations and group reservations of less than 10 rooms, please e-mail Johanna Ong at jong@hemophilia.org to request the hotel reservation link.
NHF offers specially negotiated discounted room rates for BDC 2023 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. All sessions, exhibit hall, poster presentations, industry symposia, networking, and social events will be held at the Gaylord National.

A valid credit card must be provided to guarantee reservations. A deposit of one-night room and tax will be charged upon booking.
To cancel the reservation with no penalties, the hotel requires at least a 72-hour cancellation notice prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, you will forfeit the one-night room and tax deposit.
