Financial Assistance

Financial assistance applications are only for consumers. If you are a chapter member, healthcare provider, or industry member you do not qualify for financial assistance.

NHF’s Bleeding Disorders Conference is designed to meet the needs of individuals with bleeding disorders. If you are a consumer and would like to apply for a registration financial assistance, please complete the Financial Assistance application by clicking on the link below. The deadline to complete and submit this application is Friday, March 24, 2023, at 11:59PM ET.

Please note:

• No financial assistance will be processed on-site. Only those applications that are received prior to the deadline of Friday, March 24, 2023, will be considered.  
• A limited number of registration financial assistance will be offered. 
• Financial assistance will not be granted for consumers 12 years old and under as they can receive a free pass on-site (this does not give access to our Kids program). 
• To register your child for childcare during NHF’s Bleeding Disorders Conference, please click here. There is no financial assistance for the Kids Program.
• A few short-answer questions are required to submit the application.
• A separate form must be submitted for each individual/family member requesting financial assistance.
• Financial assistance is only offered for consumers.
• Please note, if a paid registration is completed, a financial application will not be considered.
