FAQs to Help you Navigate the 2023 Annual Conference 

 

What is included in the registration packages? 

 

  • Package A: All workshops, Thursday Welcome Dinner, Friday Champions Dinner  
  • Package B: All workshops 
  • Package C: Workshops on EITHER Friday OR Saturday 
  • Student Package A: All workshops, Thursday Welcome Dinner  

 

What do I do if I’m paying with EIP or QSNY? 

 

You can now register online with EIP and QSNY payments. Please note, you must be approved before selecting this method of payment. For EIP, please provide your award number and for QSNY, please provide the name of your QI Specialist and your Aspire ID. 

 

How do I track my PD hours at the conference? 

 

  1. The Aspire Registry: If you have not already done so, please create an account with The Aspire Registry.  This account will keep track of your professional development, and it will be available at your fingertips.  Your Aspire ID will be needed when you arrive to your workshops. 

  1. Certificate of Participation: This will be available for pick-up at the registration counters at the conference.  If you are tracking your hours via this certificate, you will need the code given by the presenter at the end of each workshop in order for the hours to count. 

 

Do I have to pre-register for my workshops? 

 

No.  Our workshops are first-come, first-served.  As long as there is a seat within a workshop, you are welcome to attend.  Because some workshops fill to capacity, we do recommend having a back-up workshop ready to go.  Please feel free to use THIS PLANNING SCHEDULE when preparing for the conference. 

 

How can I register a group of 10 or more? 

 

Groups of 10 or more are eligible to receive a discounted rate!  Check out our group registration form, or, register online and use the code 'GROUPREG' for the discount!

 

Is there a conference app? 

 

There sure is!  The app will be available in February and will be the best way for you navigate the conference.  It will provide a listing of workshops, notifications of any workshop changes and/or cancellations will be available, ways to network with not only fellow attendees but sponsors and exhibitors as well, and so much more!  Keep an eye on your email for more information. 

 

Is there a room block? 

 

We do!  Take advantage of our discounted room rates at Turning Stone!  The rooms tend to fill quickly, so we encourage our guests to reserve your room early.  Call Turning Stone at 315-361-7711 and mention the NYAEYC Annual Conference to receive our rate.
