Our room block at Four Seasons is sold out. Rooms are now quoted at market rate. You may also want to check other hotel reservation sources such as hotels.com. There is plenty of hotel availability in Las Vegas.

The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas (Four Diamond) is located on the legendary Las Vegas strip and is approximately 15 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport.

All Four Seasons guest rooms are located on floors 35-39. A special group room rate is being offered to guests attending our symposium. Attendees must register for the conference first, then you will receive an email registration confirmation which will also include the special “Hotel Reservation Link” and instructions for making your hotel reservation.

Reservations must be made no later February 16, 2023
Please make reservations early as there is a limited number of rooms available at group rate, and we sold-out last time. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis only and may not be available at the discounted group rate.

Resort Fee:  $35.00   (reduced from $45) Daily Resort Fee includes – premium high speed internet access for multiple devices, lobby and pool; access to Mandalay Bay pools, lazy river and wave pool (seasonal); in-room local and toll free calls; and in room coffee/tea maker.
Parking: $32.00 Overnight Parking - per car, per night;   $22 for day rate
*Must be registered for the conference to be eligible for negotiated group sleeping room rates.

Cancellation Policy:   Hotel room cancellation must be made 8 days prior to arrival date.  If reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival then the Hotel will retain first night’s room and tax deposit as a cancellation fee.
Check-in: 3:00 pm / Check-out: 12:00 pm .

Located adjacent to Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is convenient to everything the iconic Las Vegas Strip has to offer, while still being removed enough to offer sanctuary from the bustle below. The hotel is a short, 15-minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport via Taxi/Uber/Lyft.
