ASTCT Abstract Travel Grants

ASTCT is awarding a total of 25 travel grants of $1500 each, reimbursable post-meeting, for the 2024 Tandem Meetings of ASTCT & CIBMTR, taking place February 21-24 in San Antonio, Texas. Ten of these awards are being given by the ASTCT Committee on Diversity and Inclusion to applicants who self-identify as underrepresented minorities. (To be considered for one of these awards, please complete question eight in the application below.)

Applications closed on Friday, December 22, 2023. 

Please be mindful that payment of travel grants may take several weeks after the close of the conference. Consider this when making financial arrangements to attend. 

Applicants must be:

• A current ASTCT In-Training or Affiliate Member

• Enrolled in an accredited training program (including, but not limited to: BMT, cellular therapy, hematology/oncology, infectious diseases or immunology
• Recommended in writing by their training program director 
• Listed as an author on an abstract accepted for the 2024 Tandem Meetings
• Applicants applying as a URM must self-identify, either in their ASTCT Member Profile or in the application itself, as an underrepresented minority based on the NIH Definition

ASTCT Special Interest Group (SIG) Travel Grant Application

In order to allay prohibitive costs and grow ASTCT’s Affiliate membership, the ASTCT is pleased to offer travel grants for members of the Nursing, APP, Social Work, and Pharmacy SIGs to the 2024 Tandem Meetings. This program will offer two travel grants of $1,500 each to four select SIGs (Advanced Practice Professionals; Nursing; Social Work; and Pharmacy), reimbursable post-meeting, for the meetings. If you are interested in being considered for one of these awards, please complete this application.

Applications closed on Friday, November 10, 2023. Notifications to follow approximately 21 days after the close of applications. Applications will be reviewed by the SIG Steering Committees.

Applicants must be:

• A current ASTCT In-Training or Affiliate Member
