NEED TO KNOW

Online Check-In

Completing the online check-in process for yourself and all guests traveling with you will save you from having to fill out forms at the pier and needs to be completed no less than three days prior to your sail date. In order to check in online, you will need your Booking ID, your last name, ship name (Anthem of the Seas), sail date (21 May 2023), passport, and credit card information (Note: when you check-in to the cruise, you will be asked to add a credit card to your account to cover any additional fees you incur while on your cruise). Once you have completed the online check-in process, you will need to download or print your SetSail Pass and luggage tags for each bag you’re bringing. It indicates that you successfully completed the check-in process for you and your guests. You should have this with you when you get to the port. You will receive an email with your booking ID a few weeks prior to sailing that will allow you to check-in online. Please note: All guests must be checked-in and on board the ship no later than two hours prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.

Meals

You and your first guest can choose your dining time during the Stampin’ Up! registration process. If you have special meal requests, they will need to be submitted to Royal Caribbean during your Royal Caribbean online check-in registration process.

Required Documentation

It’s your responsibility to obtain the required personal identification and travel documents for your trip. If you or your travel companions don’t have what you need, you may not be able to board the plane or enter the country (and you won’t be eligible for a refund of travel or personal expenses either). Of course, we don’t want that, so make sure you’re ready with everything you need!

Domestic U.S.: For travel within the 50 United States, all adults 18 years or older are required to have valid government-issued photo identification. Acceptable forms include a valid driver’s license, military I.D., state-issued photo identification, or passport. Please visit here to view all acceptable forms of identification.

If your state doesn’t participate in or isn’t in compliance with the REAL ID Act, you may be required to have a valid U.S. Passport for domestic travel. For more information about the REAL ID Act, please visit the U.S. Department of Homeland Security REAL ID Act website.

International: For travel that starts or occurs in any destination outside of the 50 United States, passengers of all ages are required to have a valid passport (including infants and children under the age of 18) valid for six months beyond the return date of this trip. Since requirements vary for each nationality and situation, we recommend you verify your individual documentation requirements with your local consulate or a visa service, such as VisaCentral (http://visacentral.com/). Obtaining a passport and/or visa requires several weeks, so please plan ahead! For more information about international travel, including passport validity and visa requirements, please visit the U.S. State Department Travel website, or contact your local embassy or consulate.

Please note that passport cards are not valid for international air travel.

Trip Insurance

As is customary with group travel, no special insurance has been arranged. Some homeowner policies may provide coverage for luggage loss or damage, and a few health plans cover overseas accidents and illness. You may wish to check with your insurance agent to see what your coverage is and purchase additional insurance if needed.

We recommend Arch RoamRight’s® Pro Plus Plan, which includes coverage for trip delay; emergency medical treatment or evacuation; lost, stolen, or damaged baggage; or baggage delay. Please note that this plan does not include trip cancellation. Coverage begins once you depart on your trip. The plan also includes non-insurance services of Worldwide Emergency Assistance supported by UnitedHealthcare Global. For more information or to purchase a travel insurance plan, click here.

Change Policy
All guest changes need to be submitted by March 15, 2023. You can submit a guest change by contacting Morris Meetings at eventsupport@morrisincentives.com or 1-801-483-6444. Changes submitted on or after March 16, 2023 will incur a $75 change fee in addition to any specific supplier fees such as airline change fees, etc. As airfare for your previous guest might not be refundable or transferrable, you may be responsible for purchasing airfare for your new guest.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled before on or before March 15, 2023 will incur these fees:

  • If cancelled between registration through January 13, 2023: $150 per person cancellation fee
  • If cancelled between January 14, 2023 and March 15, 2023: $250 per person cancellation fee
  • If cancelled on or after March 16, 2023: fully nonrefundable

Luggage

Please research your luggage options directly with the airline provider you are traveling with. Stampin’ Up! will not provide a stipend for luggage fees.

Weather

May in Norway and on the Norwegian Sea sees an average of mild weather with highs in the upper 50s°F and lows in the 40s°F (13°/8°C).

Attire

First and foremost, dress for comfort. We suggest casual clothes that can be layered easily. For Royal Caribbean’s suggestions and a review of the onboard dress codes and information on formal nights, click here.

Packing

It’s always a good idea to pack as lightly as possible, but there are still a few things you won’t want to leave behind. Here are a few items we recommend you pack:

  • Any of your exclusive incentive trip achiever gifts which will be mailed directly to your home before the trip
  • Your passport
  • Your event name badges (mailed to you before the trip)
  • Camera
  • Sunscreen
  • Swimsuits
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Hat
  • Comfortable walking shoes (especially for those ancient cobblestone streets)
  • Travel guide (emailed to you before the trip)
  • Poolside reading materials
  • Travel umbrella
  • Portable charger

Cabin Assignments

All incentive trip achievers will stay in a Balcony View Stateroom. Cabin assignments will be based on your overall ranking in the Global Top 100 and then in personal sales, starting with cabins with the best views in our cabin block. Cabin assignments will also be based on your bed request and the ship’s availability. Once your cabin is assigned, Stampin’ Up! will not be able to make adjustments.

Electrical Voltage

Standard North American voltage, 110 volts AC, is used on the ship. Stateroom outlets can accommodate appliances up to 1500 watts.

Local Currency, Expenses, and Tipping

Items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone charges, shore excursions, and spa services are not included in your reservation. When you check-in to the cruise, you will be asked to add a credit card to your account to cover these additional fees. Credit cards are accepted at most larger establishments and retail shops. The currency in England is the Great British Pound and in Norway it is the Norwegian Krone.

Stampin’ Up! has already taken care of your cruise gratuities at the suggested amounts for your cabin attendants, and your baggage handling. If you feel someone has gone beyond the call of duty, you may want to add a small tip in appreciation.

Medical Needs

If you have a mobility issue or specific medical needs, please note there is a medical facility on the ship. You can call Guest Services for more information. Licensed doctors and nurses are on board every Royal Caribbean ship. Customary charges will be made for all medical care and services.

For the most up-to-date information concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and the Royal Caribbean’s policies, please visit their Healthy Sail website here. Please keep in mind that as we are planning this incentive trip, we’re closely watching the COVID-19 travel restrictions and government travel mandates that may affect any of our Stampin’ Up! markets and we will update our achievers with pertinent information as quickly as possible.

Royal Caribbean cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise. A physician's 'Fit to Travel' note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.

Mask Guidance

Per Royal Caribbean’s guidelines:

“Masks are optional for fully vaccinated guests and recommended for unvaccinated children while onboard. Some destinations we visit may require masks. Guests under two years old do not have to wear a mask. These protocols are subject to change.”

Accessible Rooms

If you have mobility issues and need an accessible room, please request one when you complete your registration on this website.
