Advertising and Support Commitment Deadline - December 19.
Supporting an event or item distributed to Annual Meeting participants is the most effective way for you to increase your ROI and show the medical directors, doctors, EMT’s and other professionals attending that you support them. NAEMSP® offers you many different options and levels of support to fit your marketing objectives and budget. Registrations, advertising and various levels of recognition are included as part of the fee, making sponsorship the best value for your marketing dollar. The deadline for meeting support commitments is December 19.

To purchase one of the advertising or support opportunities below just add it on to your booth record when selecting your exhibit booth space.

Advertising Opportunities

NAEMSP® WEBSITE ADVERTISING: With an average of approximately 200 visits per day, advertising on the NAEMSP® website is sure to get your company noticed. Advertisements are placed on the home page so website visitors will see your advertisement any time they visit the website. Please note, when multiple companies purchase ads, all ads will be placed on a timed rotation.

$300 - ANNUAL MEETING MOBILE APP ADVERTISEMENTS: Your company's ad will be in the palms of every attendees hands! Place a rotating banner ad in the meeting mobile app that is used every day by almost every attendee.
Ads should be submitted in a .jpg file (640 x 110 pixels or 320 x 55 pixels) via email to Brittany Marinovich at bmarinovich@kellencompany.com.

PRE AND POST-CONFERENCE ATTENDEE LISTS:

Upgrade your Listing in the Mobile App!
NAEMSP®'s new meeting mobile app provides the opportunity for exhibitors and supporters to include a PDF handout or video link in their company description. Enhance your company's exposure in the mobile app by including a PDF handout or video link by downloading the support and advertising agreement here. The PDF handout and/or video must be submitted to the executive office no later than December 5, 2022.

Support Opportunities

Below is a detailed list of the meeting support opportunities available at the 2023 Annual Meeting. Support is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. NAEMSP^® will attempt to meet your request; however, we cannot guarantee availability. Partial support for some options is also available. We appreciate your support of the 2023 Annual Meeting. Complimentary meeting registrations are included in the Platinum (3), Gold (2), and Silver (1) level support packages. Supporters receiving complimentary registrations for the educational sessions will be emailed a special registration instructions for each individual receiving the complimentary registration.

Your support selection is added during your booth registration process; after you select your booth these additional options are available to select and add to your registration.

PLATINUM LEVEL
Activity / Item Options:
1. Evening Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall – $15,000 - SOLD
2. Awards Brunch – $12,000 - SOLD
3. Water Bottles – $10,000 Includes company logo on reusable water bottle distributed to all attendees
4. Happy Hour Reception -$10,000 Gain more dedicated time with attendees by providing cocktails and beverages after session hours.

GOLD LEVEL
Activity / Item Options:
5. Meeting Padfolios – $8,000 Quality tote bag or padfolio with your logo and NAEMSP®’s logo
6. Meeting Smart Phone App – $8,000 Cutting-edge smart phone application can include sponsor logo banner
7. International Speaker Grant – $6,000 Donate a minimum of $6,000 to the International speaker grant fund. Support will help cover the speakers’ travel expenses for this event.
8. Continental Breakfast – $8,000 each (3)* Three days available.
9. Hotel Key Cards – $8,000 Includes your logo on each attendee’s hotel room key
10. Lanyards – $8,000 Quality lanyard with your logo and NAEMSP®’s logo. (NAEMSP® to produce the item).

11. Twitter Screen - $8,000 Help attendees follow along with all the Annual Meeting Tweets by providing support for a Twitter Screen near the education sessions, branded with your company's logo.

12. Refreshment Breaks – $8,000 each (6)* Price includes coffee, tea, soda and a snack. Select one of the three A.M. and two P.M. breaks.

SILVER LEVEL
Activity / Item Options:

13. Audio/Visual – $5,000 Includes your company logo on each meeting room screen at the beginning and end of each session
14. Meeting Signage – $4,000 All meeting room signs will contain your logo and company name.
15. Twitter Screen - $4,000 Help attendees follow along with all of the Tweets from the Annual Meeting by providing support for aTwitter Screen near the educational events, branded with your company’s logo.
16. Charging Station - $4,000 each Help Annual Meeting attendees keep their devices charged up by sponsoring an 8 port charging locker. The locker will include custom branding on the display screen as well as a custom branded wrap featuring your company’s message.

BRONZE LEVEL
Activity / Item Options:
17. Speaker Grant – $2,500 Donate a minimum of $2,500 to the speaker grant fund.
18. Abstract Award – $2,000 each (4) Awards will be given for abstracts in the following four categories: Best Resident/Fellow Presentation, Best EMS Professional Presentation, Best Scientific Presentation and Best Poster Presentation. To specify a specific award to underwrite, contact NAEMSP®.
19. Branded Meter Boards (Double Sided) - $1,500 Get noticed by displaying your company’s message in high traffic areas of the Annual Meeting on a double-sided 39” x 84” meter board.
20. Branded Meter Boards (Single Sided) - $1,000 Get noticed by displaying your company’s message in high traffic areas of the Annual Meeting on a single-sided 39” x 84” meter board.
21. Educational Grant – Monetary contributions of any amount applied toward general Annual Meeting support. Contributions will be recognized at the sponsorship level equivalent to the value of the donation.

VENDOR TABLE LAB SUPPORT: The unique NAEMSP Airway/Procedure Lab, The Airway portion is from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on ‎Wednesday, January 25. There are 6 specimens and a maximum of 40 attendees. Each company ‎will have the opportunity to demonstrate their own product to all of the attendees as they ‎rotate. In addition, a tabletop will be provided outside the procedure room to show any and all ‎of your products. It may be staffed both in the AM for the Airway Lab, and in the PM for the ‎Procedure Lab. The AM pre-Lab lectures will be open for the vendors to attend.‎ The workshop, All Things Ventilation, are also offering vendor tables.
