This is a preliminary schedule and is subject to change as the conference program in finalized. All changes will be communicated when finalized.

Unloading:

When you arrive at the Wyndham Gettysburg, the conference center is at the far end of the hotel. To unload directly into the expo hall, drive around the hotel until you are on the side furthest away from all other surrounding buildings. You will see a covered awning where you can pull up and unload directly into the expo hall. In addition, there is one other entrance for unloading directly into the expo hall, located on the other side of the conference center. You will pass by the outdoor terrace, and the second entrance will be at the end of the terrace. Please see the map below for directions.

Shipping:

Should you need to mail exhibit supplies or handouts, you may ship them ahead of time to the hotel, but no earlier than 3 days prior to the conference.

Use the following format for the shipping address label.
