WHEN SHOULD I REGISTER?
Immediately. Space is limited, please reserve as soon as possible, to ensure a space at the event and to secure a hotel room. Registrations with be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTERING?
Registration will close on or before 8:00 pm (EST) on January 31st, 2024. Spots are limited and we expect to sell out. Register early!
WHAT EXPENSES WILL DAIMLER TRUCK NORTH AMERICA COVER FOR PARTICIPANTS?
Travel and hotel costs are the attendees responsibility. Food and beverage for scheduled events are compliments of Daimler Truck North America. Please be prepared to provide a credit card for hotel charges at check-in. The hotel room rate is $259 per night plus applicable taxes and fees.

HOW DO I ARRANGE FOR A HOTEL ROOM?
Hotel accommodations will be made on your behalf when you register. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly. Daimler Truck North America has secured a block of guest rooms for this event. Travel and hotel costs are the attendees responsibility.
