If you wish to extend your stay at your own expense, specify your requested dates when registering and your program manager will contact you with resort availability and rates prior to confirmation. Extensions are only available based on hotel availability at the time of request.

Travel
Please refer to the information below when planning your air travel:
Arrival: October 20 – hotel check-in is 4:00 PM
While early check-in requests can be made, they cannot be guaranteed.
Departure: October 23 – hotel checkout is 12:00 PM
The short nine-mile journey to the resort from the airport takes approximately 15 minutes. We will be providing private round-trip transportation to/from Colorado Springs Airport (COS). If you prefer, or your air travel dictates, you can to travel into Denver and we will provide transfers to/from Denver International Airport (DEN). The trip from Denver is approx 1.5 hours.
Please note: Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 12:00 PM. If you arrive prior to 4:00 PM, we will work with the hotel to accommodate your early arrival to the best of our ability.
AIR TRAVEL
Distributors: Economy coach-class air transportation will be provided for you and your guest's trip to Colorado Springs. Upon completing the information on the registration form, you will be contacted within one business day to confirm your flight itinerary.
Once you have received a proposed itinerary, the airline ticket will be issued at the end of the day UNLESS you contact Travel Leaders at (800) 701-5195 (press 1) prior to the end of the day with any changes.
DIAGEO Employees: You are responsible for booking your own flights with Concur. Once your airline ticket has been confirmed, please forward your itinerary to Christie Spisak at christie@powerplaycorp.com no later than October 3, 2022.
DIAGEO Guests: On behalf of DIAGEO Beer Company, we will be booking your roundtrip travel for you. Upon completing the information on the registration form, you will be contacted within one business day to confirm your flight itinerary. Economy coach-class air transportation will be provided for you. If you wish to upgrade your ticket you may do so at your own additional expense.

Activities
When packing, you may want to include any of the following items, along with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat or visor.
- Golf: Appropriate resort golf attire is required; golf shirts, Bermuda-length shorts or lightweight slacks (modest-length skirts for women) and soft-spike shoes
- Spa/Fitness Center: Comfortable athleisure wear, shorts and athletic shoes
- Adventure Activities: comfortable clothing and shoes appropraite for walking and biking, as applicable; layers are recommended
Weather
The weather in Colorado Springs in October is very comfortable with most days filled with bright sunshine and low humidity. Average highs range from the mid-60s during the day to chilly temps in the mid 30s at night. Warm layers are always a good idea when packing.

Medical Information
We cannot give any medical advice; however it is always a good idea to consult your physician when you plan to travel. Plan ahead and make sure you have an adequate supply of any prescription medication prior to departure. If there are any questions regarding your medication, please consult your physician. You should carry all medications in their original containers. Always carry essential medications in your carry-on bag.
Valuables
Safeguard your valuables. It is best to leave valuables at home and use the resort's in-room safe for cash and important travel documents. Keep purses, wallets, phones, and other valuables close to you.
Time Zone
Colorado Springs, CO is located within the US Mountain Standard Time Zone, which is two hours behind Eastern Standard Time, and one hour ahead of Pacific Standard Time.
