Q: When should I plan to arrive?
A: You will want to arrive Sunday morning or early afternoon. Registration starts at 12pm on Sunday and the first event is our Welcome Reception at 6pm.

Q: When should I plan to depart?
A: You should plan to leave on Wednesday, March 1st. Our event concludes with our gala awards dinner on the evening of Tuesday, February 28th.

Q: What is the dress code for the event?
A:
  • Sunday Cocktails: Business Casual
  • Monday + Tuesday Conference: Wear what you might wear in bar. Dress comfortably and bring layers in case the conference rooms are chilly.
  • Tuesday Gala Awards Dinner: Cocktail Attire

Q: Should I plan to bring staff?
A: Absolutely. There will be plenty of valuable educational content for staff and in the past, many franchisees have shared that they and their staff found it worthwhile to attend the event. 88% of franchisees surveyed after the 2022 meeting said they would bring staff in 2023.
