Internal URMC Attendees
For External/Non-URMC Attendees
- Limited parking spaces will be available in the Medical Research Building (MRB) Parking Lot (adjacent to the entrance to the Main Entrance of the School of Medicine and Dentistry).
- When MRB Parking Lot is filled to capacity, attendees will be directed to park in the Strong Memorial Hospital Parking Garage located on Elmwood Avenue. Please see the Map for directions on how to get from the Hospital Parking Garage to the Registration Desk.

ADA Services
For those with ADA requirements, please register at least 30 days in advance of the event date for ADA accommodations. We make every attempt to accommodate the needs of all of our conference attendees, and in order to give us the best chance possible of being able to ensure that we can make this as successful a conference as possible for you, we would like as much time as possible to make the arrangements.
Face Mask Guidelines
Masking is no longer required on University campuses or on University transportation/shuttles, with the exception of at the Medical Center where separate masking guidelines remain in effect, and within University Health Service (UHS) spaces. Since masking is still an effective method to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and many other contagious illnesses including the flu, we encourage anyone who chooses to wear a mask to do so.
Vaccination Guidelines
Visitors do not need to be vaccinated. All guests need to adhere to our other safety procedures.

URMC will take photos/videos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos/videos are for URMC use only and may appear on the URMC website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future URMC promotional material.
