Nonprofit Transamerica Institute and University of Iowa College of Public Health invite you to join us for a one-day, in-depth exploration of best practices among employers for fostering a multigenerational workforce and tapping into the value of experienced employees.
By 2030, more than one in five people working in Colorado will be at least 55 years old, according to the CO State Demography Office. Combined with today’s low unemployment rate and tight labor market, this rapid shift in workforce demographics presents opportunities for companies to develop and implement strategies to successfully recruit and retain age 50+ employees.
Conference attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experts in local and national organizations about how to implement best practices and further integrate experienced employees into the workplace. There will also be time for networking with others interested in multigenerational workforces. For the conference agenda and more information, please visit www.TransamericaInstitute.org/AIMS.
