TRADE SHOW DETAILS

The Trade Show will take place in the Austin Convention Center, Halls 1 & 2.   Hall 1 will be reserved for sponsors.   Click here for the floor plan.

The cost of a 10x10 booth is $8000.  Sponsorship opportunities are also available.  Click here for more details.

Exhibitor registration and set-up will take place on Sunday, February 26th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and on Monday, February 27 from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Trade show hours are 5:00 - 8:00 pm on Monday and 12:00 - 2:00 pm on Tuesday.  The Welcome Reception will be in the Trade Show on Monday night and lunch will be served in the Trade Show on Tuesday.

Your registration will include all meals, special events, and general session attendance.

LOCATION

Marriott Austin Lobby

Convention meetings will take place at the JW Marriott, which is the official host hotel for the Convention. 

Additional rooms have been secured at the new Austin Marriott Downtown, which is immediately across from the Convention Center and a good location, especially if you don't plan on attending meals or meetings. 

Room rate at both properties is $269/night plus tax.
