REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests for cancellations for any registration type must be received by October 7, 2022; and a $75 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Room reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a penalty of the first night’s room and tax. Associations and Meetings by Design strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Guard International Travel Insurance.
