What is the current refund status?
No refunds issued for registration fees as of December 5, 2022. If you are unable to attend in person, remote viewing is available.
What is the suggested attire for the conference?
Asilomar is a rustic coastal location with unpaved areas and opportunity to appreciate the beautiful natural beauty of California. Please pack layers and comfortable clothes and shoes. The conference centers provides updated weather here to assist with planning your trip.
How do I sign up a guest for a room, but no meals?
Rooms can be booked for a guest with no meals by indicating on the guest information page, in the request area, to have the meals removed from the room reservation. The online booking does not automatically charge the cards. Asilomar manually charges each card and can make that change.

What are the Covid 19 protocols for this conference?
The safety and comfort of all conference attendees is paramount to the SAIL staff. We will be complying with Asilomar's Covid 19 policy, which you can access here. The conference center updates this page as needed regarding services and policies.
If I catch COVID, can I cancel after the 12/1/22 date?
Yes, you can cancel by communicating with the staff at Asilomar about your covid status. garcia-vivian@aramark.com
