Conference fees cover admission to PDA Europe Conference & Exhibition 2022 (access to all conference sessions, complementary courses, exhibition, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, conference material and dinner reception). It does not cover travelling, hotel accommodation and extras. 

Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions of the Event Registration and Cancellation Policy 

The present terms and conditions apply to PDA Europe Annual Conference 2022, organised by PDA Europe A.I.S.B.L., registered at the following legal address : 188a, Avenue de Tervueren, Postbox 4, B-1150 Brussels, Belgium (VAT BE0889.832.270), at The Crowne Plaza Porto. 

1) Registration

Participants register to the PDA Europe Annual Conference 2022 by using the online registration module provided on the event's website. Payment is made by bank transfer or by credit card as part of the registration process. All the credit and debit card transactions are debited at the point of purchase. No registration is effective as long as no payment has been received and processed successfully. Conference fees paid by participants cover admission to PDA Europe Annual Conference 2022, access to all conference sessions, complementary courses, exhibition, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, conference material and dinner reception. It does not cover travelling, hotel accommodation and extras. All prices are VAT exclusive. 

2) Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation of registration will automatically be sent to each registrant upon submission of registration. The invoice will be issued within two weeks following your submission of registration. 

3) Changes of participant

Organisations/companies can proceed to change names of participants of the same organisation/company until 4 November 2022, free of charge. After that date, registrations become personal any change in name will require a new registration. 

4) Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by the participant 

Due to the current situation linked to COVID-19 crisis, PDA Europe has decided to exceptionally allow participants to cancel their registrations until 11 October 2022. Until that date, payments already received by PDA Europe will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by the participants). However, a fee of 100 EUR will be charged to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the event. In case of cancellation after 11 Octover 2022 or in case of no-show, fees paid for registration will not be refunded. 

5) Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by the organiser

If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by the participants.  The organiser is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation. In the event that the PDA Europe Annual Conference 2022 would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organiser, no refund shall be made. Participants to the PDA Europe Annual Conference 2022 waive all claims for damage in this case. 

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Your invoice will be issued within two weeks after submission of your registration online.
