9/20 PARKING UPDATE

• S11 Manning Lot- GUARANTEED PARKING. Guests may pre-register their vehicle for this lot prior to the event. A monitor will be at the entrance of the lot to confirm you have registered your vehicle in advance. You do not need a physical parking permit as your license plate will be registered virtually.

  • The access code for the 9/29 Manning Conference daily parking is "KFBSGB"
    • This lot is FREE OF CHARGE
  • ADA shuttle will be available from 9:00am-1:00pm to transport guests up Kenan-Drive for easy access to the event
    • Kenan-Drive will be otherwise blocked
    • If you wish to walk to the event from this lot, follow the directional signage on the sidewalk along the Smith Center; head to the top of the stairs and you will arrive at the Kenan Center

• Kenan-Flagler Business School Parking Deck- LIMITED PARKING available for all guests on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • It is recommended that guests arrive early to secure a spot.
  • The business school deck will not be cited for permits during the event and is free of charge.
  • ADA accessibility to event is available from business deck elevators
    • ADA parking spaces will be marked
    • Top level pedestrian bridge will provide guests direct access to the Plaza for the event
• Rams Head Parking Deck- OVERFLOW PARKING for all event guests for a small fee
  • ADA shuttle will be available from 9:00am-1:00pm to transport guests up Kenan-Drive for easy access to the event
    • Kenan-Drive will be otherwise blocked

S11 MANNING LOT PARK MOBILE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Parking will NOT be available in the S11 Bowles Lot located directly in front of the Business School Parking Deck. This lot will remain open for employees who have a paid permit to park in this area.

Access to Kenan Drive will be blocked unless you are instructed otherwise by Kenan-Flagler event staff.

8/30 PARKING UPDATE: 

ADA accessible shuttles will now be available to transport event guests from the S11 Manning Lot and the Rams Head Parking Deck to the event. The two shuttles will be making rounds between these two locations and the Kenan-Flagler Campus from 9:00am-1:00pm.

• S11 Manning Lot will have shuttle transportation available for those with mobility needs to the event.
• The Business School Deck is equipped with elevators. Guests are advised to take the top level pedestrian bridge walkway for direct access to the plaza for this event.
