HOTEL RESERVATIONS
USMEF does not make hotel reservations; reservations should be made directly with the Omni. All reservations must be made by Friday, October 14, or before the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Reservations made after this date or after the room block is full will be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing rate. You are encouraged to make your reservation early!
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date; otherwise the hotel may charge one (1) night room and tax to the guest's credit card. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel you meeting registration.

The Omni is approximately 10 miles from the Will Rogers World Airport.
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Attire for the conference is business casual (no ties). Remember that meeting rooms are often cool to cold, so you may wish to include a jacket or sweater.
