REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES
Registration fee includes meals and meetings as indicated on the agenda. Hotel accommodations and airfare are NOT included and must be booked separately.

This fee is for family members who wish to attend the meal functions only (breakfasts, lunch and welcome reception). This fee in not intended for business associates or colleagues and does NOT include meetings.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
All registration cancellations must be emailed in writing. Cancellation received by November 4 are refunded less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds are made for cancellations received after November 4. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same organization are accepted.
MEETING CANCELLATION
In the event the meeting is cancelled by USMEF, registration fees will be fully refunded. Expenses incurred for travel or other related charges are not reimbursable by USMEF.
