Our proven Administrator Leadership Program is now online and more accessible than ever.  

Developed by leaders and experts in long-term care, the AdvantAge Ontario Administrator Leadership Program will expand your professional knowledge, enhance your leadership capabilities and prepare you for future challenges and opportunities.

 

 

Who should take this program?

This course is geared to individuals currently in senior management who are aspiring to an administrator position or looking to build on their leadership skills. Experienced administrators can also benefit from networking, hearing new leading-edge information and by having the opportunity to fine-tune leadership skills.

 

Ministry Recognition

The AdvantAge Ontario Administrator Leadership Program meets the requirements for administrators of 100 hours of instruction time in long term care home administration/management under the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021.
