In preparation for your Departure: Quintana Roo, Mexico Tourist Usage Fee applies to all foreign travelers departing the state of Quintana Roo. This electronic payment can be made at any time prior to departure.

Hotel & Restaurant Attire

Packing Tips & Hints
Be sure to pack any prescriptions, eye glasses/contacts, sunglasses, valid passport, money, credit cards, phone chargers, a light jacket/sweater, sunscreen and bug repellant.

Luggage Limitations & Fees

Checked luggage fees vary depending on airline and your frequent flyer status.

Masks
Masks are not mandatory but recommended on arrival to Cancun Airport, however masks are mandatory on departure from Cancun Airport.
Secrets Resort: Masks are optional in most areas fo the resort, but may be mandatory when you are in a restaurant with a buffet or food station. If a mask is required at the Market Cafe, one will be provided by the hostess stand.
Airport Arrival
Please plan to arrive at your Airport, approximately 3 hours prior to flight departure to ensure you have enough time for parking, checking luggage, obtaining boarding passes and passing through TSA security.
Gratuities
Ample gratuities for all ground transportation and hotel staff are included in your package.
Guests are responsible for their own incidental charges.
