Extend Your Stay
If you would like to extend your stay, you may do so at your own expense.
Please indicate interest in extending your trip during registration, either in the Travel Notes section or by altering your check-in or check-out date at the resort.
Upon receipt of your completed registration requesting to extend your trip, ARTA Travel will contact the hotel to confirm availability. If a room is available, we will consider that confirmed, notify you and charge your credit card. Full pre-payment is due at the time of confirmation and considered non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Additional costs include:
- Accommodations: additional nights from $852.00 per night double occupancy (rate varies depending on assigned room category)
- Airfare: any fare difference between our negotiatied group rate and the lowest published fare when you are ready to confirm your trip.
- Transportation: Extending your stay at another resort will incur additional transportation cost. Otherwise, transportation is included.
