Airline tickets will be issued based on the information you provide. If the name provided does not match the traveler's Government issued ID or passport, the airline could deny boarding.
Once tickets are issued, any required name or other change will be issued according to airline rules. Any fare difference or fee associated with changes are subject to airline rules and are the traveler's responsibility.

Masks are not mandatory but recommended on arrival to Cancun Airport, however masks are mandatory on departure from Cancun Airport.
Flights will automatically be secured on the group air space which has been held and pre-approved based on budget.
If you would like to request certain flights or flight times, or request to travel with others from your office or region, please indicate that on your Registration. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request and any applicable fare difference will be the traveler's responsibility.
Passport

It is mandatory that we have a photo copy of your passport prior to travel.
A valid passport is required for International Travel. A passport card is NOT the same, will not be accepted by the airline, and is not valid for International Travel.

You may submit your passport anytime prior to travel via email or by modifying your registration and uploading a copy on the travel page.
