REGISTRATION PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION

Early bird registration ends at 11:59 pm CST on August 5, 2022. Standard registration rates are valid from 12:00 am CST August 6, 2022 until 11:59 pm CST September 16, 2022. Onsite registration rates are valid from 12:00 am CST September 17, 20212 until 5:30 pm September 30, 2022. 
 
Registrations received without full payment prior to the deadline for Early or Regular pricing will not automatically qualify for the discounted rate. The applicable rate will be assessed at the time full payment is received.
 

Registrants will be charged automatically according to the registration status selected and will not be eligible for a refund in the event that the registration status was incorrect. For example: An APA-IL member who registers as a non-member will be charged as a non-member. 

If you need special accommodations such as dietary restrictions and/or special accessibility needs, include this on your registration. If you have additional questions, please contact CGi at 501-954-9244.

PRIVACY POLICY & MARKETING ACTIVITIES

By submitting your email address as part of your conference registration, you agree that APA-IL may send to you association and/or conference related information. APA-IL does not rent or sell contact lists. As part of the sponsorship agreement, your contact information will be provided to Tier I sponsors unless you opted-out.
 
Attendees are prohibited from distributing materials or otherwise marketing themselves or businesses at the conference unless they are a paid exhibitor. This applies to all areas of the conference facility, including the exhibition areas, session rooms, and break areas.
 
APA-IL reserves the right to use photographs and video from conference, in which attendees may appear, for future marketing purposes.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations sent to contact@cgiresults.com by August 31, 2022 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. After that date, no refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows, except in cases where a registrant cannot attend per conditions stated in the 2022 APA-IL Covid Waiver. No cancellation fee will be assessed in those cases and refund requests should be sent to contact@cgiresults.com as soon as practical. Prior to the conference, a registered attendee may transfer his/her registration to a another individual by notifying contact@cgiresults.com in writing of this request.  

If a conference is rescheduled or provided in a different platform (i.e. virtual) the attendee’s registration will automatically be transferred to the new date or platform. For more information, contact 501-954-9244 or email contact@cgiresults.com.

GUESTS

Sessions, events, and exhibits can only be attended by registered attendees. A name badge is required to enter all conference events, including the exhibit hall. Guest passes are only available for Award Winners for the Awards Presentation and Reception. Children are not allowed at any of the conference events.
