An increasing number of multinational companies are collecting diversity data from staff as part of efforts to understand and improve workforce diversity. The nature and scope of what can be collected varies significantly between jurisdictions and implementing global diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives can be challenging. 

This one-hour interactive roundtable will look at current legal rules and market practice across key markets in the US, Latin America, the UK and Europe focusing in particular on:

  • The corporate drivers for collecting DE&I data
  • Nature and types of DE&I data collected and their relationship with underlying corporate initiatives
  • The key legal and regulatory issues to be aware of
  • Insights into how organizations are structuring DE&I
  • Practical suggestions for managing HR, data privacy and general corporate risks

In addition to hearing from our panelists, the roundtable will also include facilitated group discussions with corporate counsel.
