All hotel reservations must be made through Connections Housing, our official housing service, and secured with a credit card. Credit cards will be charged in the event of a late cancellation or a no show with the first night's room deposit.

Hotel acknowledgments are sent via the Connections Housing reservation system.

Book your reservation by August 17, 2022 to receive special rates.

If contacting hotels directly, you will not receive the special Summit rate and may be directed to Connections Housing. 

Five hotels provide complimentary parking and the Saratoga Hilton charges $6 per vehicle, per night. There is also a parking garage available at the Saratoga Springs City Center entrance with a cross walk to the facility. Daily parking rates will apply in this facility. 

Send purchase orders and tax-exempt documentation directly to selected hotels. Fax numbers and hotel policies available on Connections Housing site.

NOTE: Housing reservations are submitted to individual hotel properties after contract deadlines; typically one month prior to event. We suggest contacting your hotel AFTER the Labor Day holiday to confirm your reservation.
