As we welcome you to the 2022 IWF World Leadership Conference and Gala, your health, safety, and well-being is our top priority.  

Vaccination Required 

All IWF conference participants will be required to upload proof of full Covid-19 vaccination as part of the registration process. You are considered fully vaccinated if it has been at least 2 weeks since you got your first one does shot (such as Johnson and Johnson) or your second two dose shot (such as Pfizer or Moderna). 

Masks/Face Coverings 

Mask/face coverings are optional in all indoor spaces at the Wynn and Encore property. The decision to wear a mask in settings where it is not required is a personal one and all conference participants are encouraged to choose the option they are most comfortable with. If desired, guests can request a complimentary face mask at any Wynn or Encore Front Desk, casino table game, or Security podium. Please note, guests may be required to briefly lower face coverings for identification purposes in compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
 
Masks are no longer required on planes, rideshare services or taxis but are still required on buses. They remain required in some places like in healthcare facilities. As such, we suggest having a mask with you at all times. 

Testing 

As of June 12, 2022, the US no longer requires testing for entry. Should you be feeling symptomatic, the IWF registration desk will have rapid antigen tests on hand for participants to use. If you test positive, please immediately notify Wynn/Encore Security at 702.770.2820 (x2820) or an employee who will contact Security on your behalf. You will need to quarantine in your room  and should only return to the conference once you have both tested negative and are feeling better.
