We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Ascend ERG* Impact Awards nomination process.
(*ERG collectively refers to employee/business resource group, affinity/employee network, or any other resource group)
About the Awards
Ascend ERG Impact Awards recognize and celebrate ERGs' workforce, community and business impact in the following categories:
Enabling Workplace Belonging for APIs
Supporting API Mental Health
Championing API Women’s Leadership Advancement
Fostering Inter-Asian and/or Cross-Culture Allyship
Addressing anti-Asian Sentiment & Violence
Who Should Apply
All Asian American ERGs and other ERGs supporting API causes from our convention partner companies are invited to apply!
Please limit to one group nomination per company/organization.
Application Deadline Extended:
July 20, 2022
Process & Timeline
The Awards Committee will select and announce the honorees by end of July.
The Awards will be presented at the Ascend Convention at Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim, CA on August 16 or August 17th.
(Winning groups will select representative to accept the award from convention delegation pool)
In-person attendance is required to be considered for this award.
