You are voluntarily electing to attend this in-person event. Please review our COVID-19 protocols below.

 

Vaccination/Testing

Attendees must satisfy one of these requirements:

  • Attendee must be fully vaccinated prior to attending this event. Per the CDC, a person is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series (such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines) or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine (such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine).
  • Attendee must be able to produce a negative viral COVID-19 test no more than seven days prior to the event. Acceptable viral tests are an antigen test or a nucleic acid amplification test (including a “PCR” test) authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Waivers

  • Attendees must complete our ACKNOWLEDGEMENT – COVID-19 VACCINATION OR TESTING – MEETINGS AND EVENTS ATTENDANCE. This acknowledgment must be submitted before you arrive onsite. It will be shared via DocuSign to the email address you provided during registration. If you registered to bring a guest, your guest's acknowledgement will be shared via DocuSign to the same email address.
  • Attendees may be required to complete and submit additional paperwork for INDYCAR.

Health Self-Assessment

To keep our attendees safe, we ask that you do not attend our event if any/all of the following applies to you:

  • In the past 10 days, you’ve been diagnosed with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection.
  • In the past 10 days, you’ve been in close contact (within 6 feet or 2 meters) with a person confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19.
  • You are running a temperature equal to or above 100.4F (38C) degrees.
  • You are currently experiencing or in the past 10 days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Safety Measures

  • If prescribed by CDC Community Levels guidance or local jurisdiction, face masks may be required to be worn at all times while attending the event, except while eating and/or drinking.
  • Maintain appropriate social distance.
  • Follow CDC guidelines for good hygiene, including washing your hands frequently and using hand sanitizer.
