Program Details

Please join The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Cancer Support Community for a free virtual education program for patients and their families.

Guided imagery is a deep relaxation process that creates a mind/body connection through visualization, breathing, and muscle relaxation.  This holistic health approach provides many benefits for people affected by cancer such as managing stress and pain relief from chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery.  Join Chris, a certified guided imagery therapist, as she guides us through the process.

Participants will also learn about the available resources in their community and those provided by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Cancer Support Community. Following the presentation, we invite all Ohio residents to stay on for our blood cancer networking group.

We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members to join!
