The 2022 PLAWA State Conference Programme will be held from Wednesday 9th November to Friday 11th November. The programme will consist of two days of keynotes, presentations, workshops, panel discussions, case studies and research across six (6) streams: Plan and Design for leisure and recreation needs of our community | Manage community facilities, parks and people | Activate places and communities through events and social programs | Measure value, participation and trends | Participate in community sport and physical activity | Recreate by old and new methods.
Day three will be dedicated to a series of technical tours across Perth aimed at those that work in Parks and Environment, Leisure Facility Management, Leisure & Recreation Planning, Leisure and Recreation programme and servicing, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Community Events and Activation and Community Sports.
